January-June 2010

So far this year has been going ok.

January
It was my birthday woo woo!!! I turn 24. A day before my birthday i got to hang out with my friend el Grenitas, we spent a rainy day at the movies, eating nachos and then hanging out. The actuall day of my birthday i requested the day off for myself and i spent it the morning with my friend Gilbert. After a nice morning i headed to my house were i spent the day with my family. From work we had a retreat were we met in pasadena in the hilton hotel, yay!! my coworker and friend came down from D.C for the retreat i was super excited because we had a long time without hanging out. The first Day we hanged out a bit during the retreat but as soon as the night came around we had a organization dinner and we had drinks and hang out we talked all night since i stayed in the hotel with her it was soo much fun, we had a sleep over. the next day after the retreat we decided to go have dinner just the two of us we headed into old town pasadena and found this nice noodle place were i got my HUGE fishbowl drink wow it was big i was having trouble finishing it but it was delisious!





February

Well since February is suppost to be the month of the couple i didn't do much. Just hang out with friends and went out for walks to the observatory.I spent alot of time hanging out with Priscy and playing dress up watching movies and just hanging out. She also go to my work to help me out. It was mostly quiet but nice i got to relax. I spent alot of time with my Friend Carlitos omg we had so much fun through out the month playing war fares, Watching movies, Pretending we were invisible and taking things apart and if we need them putting them back on if not distroying them and walking to tommy's.




March
It was two of my good friends birthday (Grenitas and Mackenzie)I took Grenitas across from my work to this really small but Fun bar and we had a couple of drinks and talked. For Mackenzie we did something similar we went down the street from my job and walked into this tofu house we ate and we talked about her wedding which we were both excited about. The wedding day came in March 24 if i'm not mistaken. Mackenzie had told me to take a date because everyone was in couple and like that i dont' have to be alone.. A date i didn't know who to take i asked a couple of friends and everyone was busy that day Ohhh nooooo i didn't have no one to take until i finally found out that Gilbert wasn't doing anything and he went with me yay!!! i wasn't going to be a loner. So i was sort of nervous because i wasn't going to know anyone at the wedding. When we arrived at the restaurant the actuall wedding had finished but we made it right on time for the cocktail and dinner. I had been running around the morning that i forgot to eat something so i was starving. During cocktail they had free drinks, i was super thirsty because it was a hot day and i started off with this delisious red wine. I started to talk to Gilbert and everytime my glass was half ways or a 3/4 empty a waitress would come and fill me up. So after a couple of minutes i started to fill the wine ohhh noooo... i changed it up to a mix drink in time to go into dinner. In Dinner it was funny because we sat with 2 older couple that had been married for about 35 and 50 years so they assumed that i was married to my friend Gilbert so i went along with it. It was fun to be married for the day. The day came to an end and i was tired so we headed home and called it a day.




April

Wendy's (my sister)friend Zaida had invited us to a quinceanera i believe it was her little cousin. We went and we ended up just kind of hanging out talking drinking and doing a bit of dancing it was nice, even if it felt weird since we havne't been 15 in a long time. So have alot of midnight drives with my friend Carlos. These month he took me to the Bimmer convention i had never been there before so i decided to go the only thing is that it was the same day i was going to bartend at night. So i decided to go. We spend the day looking at cars and i was surrounded by hundreds of men with the few exeptions of women that were there it was a pretty relaxing convention. Tati had asked me to bartend for one of her family's party so i did. When she told me that it was going to be in Sherman oaks i was kind of scared because i wasn't sure if my Carrito (old Car) would make it but it did. Once i got there i set up and started to get into my business mood. These people are so much fun, they drink dance and well great people to talk to. I worked for my money that day since i was a bit sick and wasn't feeling good. We also took a big part of Priscillas Quinceanera which weird enough it was this month. I had worked for about a week on her invitations trying to get them out on time. I design and printed out all of the invitations. The night prior to her big day i was going to sleep over her house because i was going to do her make up and someones hair. Little did i know that i was going to get used to help take things to the church i didn't mind because i love her so we got to her house around 1:30 in the morning. Priscy and I got in our pjs and headed to bed we turn on the TV and step brothers was on i wasn't going to miss that movie i lovve it and we started to watch it we ended going to sleep late at 3 in the morning. The next morning we were up by i started to do her make up and once i knew i had 4 other girls for make up and hair due i was over whelm and it was super hot.... At 12:00 i got out and left to the park after the park we headed to church were the event happen and after a couple of hours i left the party at 7. My friend Chris invited me to his brothers party. It was cool because i had a long time without seeing Chris, Jonathan nor Nicolas, we talked had some drinks and then hanged out in Chris house. I called it a night at 12:30a.m. i was tired from the whole day. My friend Jane had her birthday and she celebrated her birthday in tokio sushi bar in hollywood. So Jane was super hooked on Saki bombs wendy had never had one and reminder she is not much of beer, so i made her try them, next tthing you know we were all taking Saki bombs but i wasn't able to drink to much since i was driving. By 11 at night everyone was up and dancing, shouting "I say saki you say Bomb Saki Bomb Saki Bomb" and everyone taking saki bomb after saki bomb.Eventually a couple got drunk. So the baartender did a whole show it was awesome, that day was awesome late at night we ended going home and resting.




May

Cinco de mayo came around i usually i do something i wasn't sure what to do until my friend Kelvin hit me to go to la Cita in downtown i went. we had a couple of drinks and decided to look for a less crowded bar and started to walk around downtown at 12 midnight. we went in a couple and then i was super tired and decided to walk back to my car little did i know that we walked alot. Kelvin's Birthday was this month and he had been telling me for a long time, I wasn't going to miss it i was super excited to dance. I wasn't able to drink because i was taking antibiotic but i was super excited when i saw my friend Tati and Daniel at the party yay i was i was going to have a dancing partner. I dance all night mostly with Daniel but i also dance with others (Kelvin, mando, jimmy, Bama, Samual, Shadow, Gilbert, Tony, Jonathan, 2 Random guys that were dancing with a girl and left both of them lol. so i decided to take them with me to dance and other i just don't remember. They got this young band de Cumbias which they were awesome and by the time i left at 2 am there were still people dancing and drinking it was a cool party but i was supper tired so i headed home.







June

So my nephews little cousin Max and Eli had their birthday parties in the griffit park near the trains. Wendy angel and i went to the party. The road to the griffit park was super packed, it was hot and we had gotten lost because we couldn't fine the entrance were the party was going to be.We got there and The twins looks super cute with their little overals. My nephew spent alot of time in the train. The train pass to the right of us so we were able to see Angel waiving everytime he got on the bus. Liz made some delisious cupcakes they were super cute.OMG i had a long time without seeing that many set of twins i was like wow i'm seeing double everywere it was cool, I thought the sun was playing tricks on me since it was hot i thought i was hilusinating. I even had to ask my sisters those are twins right. We had asked at the entrance about a twins party and they said they had a couple of twins party plus Lizz guess had twins as well. I got ignored by the twins throught out the party but at the end i was able to talk to them and i had fun taking pictures of them. I surely could say they have alot of energy. It was a good and exciting day. Daniel's Graduation was during this month as well.

August 09

Well August was crazy for me. My mom had left to Mexico for a month so this means that i had to do a lot more. I had tons of things to do. I took a couple of days off because i needed to go to school and well i wanted some time off. During all this month i hang out with Lili a lot just playing catch up having some drinks and well just talking like always about new things. I also hang out a couple of days with my friend Freddie, we played playstation, watch listen to music, had a couple of drinks and well talk. Lili and I spent a day at Cal State LA because i needed to turn in my paper work. I actually miss going to school with her and having lunch and all that fun stuff we used to do. They both are two of my favorite people to hang out beside a few others.

It was Carlitos Birthday on August 6 yay! we hang out at night, like always had one of our crazy nights of exploring the world.

On Friday August 14 it was Daniels' Birthday, we celebrated at the Mayan. Even if not everyone went the few that did had tons of fun dancing, drinking and taking pictures.

August 15 My Nina from Bakersfield came over and we went to the Nayarit Festival to visit his brother. So we woke up early and made some breakfast yummy so we headed over to the festival. IT was super hot that day i was wearing shorts. Once we arrived i immediately started to shop for bracelets and necklace like i always do. So this festival is from were my dad is from Nayarit so i know some stuff but i thought it was going to be interesting. So we got hungry pretty quick and decided to go towards the food stand. There was food everywhere wow..... i didn't know what to eat.. We sat down to watch a presentation of dances and i got super burn grr. around 4 we were done we left home and got ready for a Crystal presentation we had with one of our neighbors house, and I bought a couple of things how exciting.





So i was excited to Bartend for Tati's family Party. This is my second annual birthday party that i have bartend and well was looking forward seeing similar faces. In preparation I had to go to Bevmo's for some of my supplies. Awesome store just incase you didn't know. I picked up Lili on friday August 21 and took off with Wendy, angel, Lili and I to our awesome adventurous of Bevmo's shopping. It was a night of laughter, I scared with a little star wars character Lili and Wendy it was hilarious I couldn't stop laughing since i was playing with the little soldier in the back seat as a lover boy. I was going crazy in Bevmo's they surely have everything ALCOHOL Heaven. After our shopping we were starving. We decided to go to have dinner. So Saturday came along and well i started to get ready around 2:30 since i had to leave around 4. Tati picked me up and we headed over to the party, but first i was starving so we had to pass by MC Donald. I had the longest without having MC Donald. after two hours i remember why i had a while without eating it, it was because it gives me stomach. anyways the party started and between Wendy and I were bartending. I got everyone drunk, Even my sister Wendy. I met a couple of new guy friends which were cool and thought i was awesome. For the most part the bartending was great.




August 22 it was Mimi's bachelor ed. I felt weird at first since i didn't know most of the girls. we Started the night with food yay!!! of course we couldn't start a crazy night with our stomach empty so we ate. We continue with a couple of games to see how well we knew the bride and the couple. we played pint the macho on the guy that was exciting i got the Rocket Buster!! hehehe and well i was closed. Wendy got the huevos con weenie heheh. we continue the games of kissing the hunk and well passing the pepino. This was a hilarious games everyone seem to have fun. after the long night we had to leave because we left angel with my cuñado.

On August 29 I had two events yay.. I had Gustavo's babies' birthday which i never got the address so i didn't go :( and Mimi's bachelor ed. Part II. We had a ladies night out at the Saddle Ranch(one of my favorite places) we all had dinner and well one of Mimi's friends bought all these penis accessories for Mimi. I was going to ride the bull but i was wearing a dress. So i got Mimi to ride and Ruthie. woo woo.. The night was long but we had fun, even if the fight at the bull broke everything off.





On Sunday i spent a lot of my time fixing my myspace posting pictures up and resting since i had been up and going this whole month. Very exciting month. I had lots to do, lots of fun and lots of pictures Yay!. I'm looking forward to next month.

June

June started off really complicated. I had finals at the beginning of the month and were driving me crazy, but i actually passed all my classes. I was excited because i could finish turning in my paper work for Cal State LA (which I'm starting in the Fall.)


In June 16 my nephew had a small culmination from kinder. They sang a couple of songs and said what they want to be when they grown up. In the morning before he took off he asked me "how do I look bianky?" He also ask me to put some of his special perfume he has, he says that the perfume makes him just "perfect handsome."


After two weeks of pulling my hair out and screaming down the street like a maniac i was able to relax and hang out with a couple of friends.

In June 25 my little cousins graduated from high school. We went over to their house and celebrated. The following sunday we took them out to eat.

Family

My family and friends are a big part of my life. There is My mom wow she is my greatest hero raising 3 little girls and creating them into wonderful women is a very big success. People say she looks mean at first but she can be one funny fun lady. She is always supported at most things that we do. She is always there trying to make us feel better when ever we feel sick which i love, but overall she is one of a kind mother.

My oldest sister Wendy. Well we argue alot but we get along for the most part. Even tho we have our differences she can be cool. She has always been quite and conservative. I guess you can say she has pretty hair. She is known as the quite one from all of the marquez sister. She has a very handsome son.




My middle sister Ruth. Well what can i say she is crazy (in a good way) she has been the one that tried practically every style there is out in the world every hair cut, every hair color. She has done it all. If i ever want to have fun parting well i just invite her to go out with me and were ever we go we always have fun.


My Nephew Andrew. Wow he is too funny. when he was younger he has identity issues he was superman, spider man and sometimes even just plain Angel or Andrew. He says good Morning every day as soon as he wakes up. I enjoy his company because we can play play station and well he is good because he learn from the best me. Anyways I love teaching him new things he learns very quickly. He has a very Cool laugh which makes you want to laugh even if you don't know why he is laughing. He surprise me for the most part because he comes out with sophisticated words that i didn't even know he knew. Anyways long story short he is a cool little man.





I have a couple of cousins that are awesome and some of the greatest people i seen. Priscilla, Chuya, Beto, LLara, Arlett, Pancho, Cynthia, William, Gaby, Estrella, Kenia, Jovanna, Marley, Johnny, and Jason. Some of the coolest cousins i have.

Well the rest of the family well i can't say much because either I don't know them or i don't have nothing good to say so i won't say anything at all. :)
